At 60 stories, World Crest completes the geometric “family” of three signature residential towers that form the residential core of Lodha Place, a 17-acre development masterplanned by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners in 2009.

World Crest’s footprint is identical to the second tier of “World One,” and it is comprised of five units per floor organized around a central lift core. As with World One, the building’s special shape affords each three- and four-bedroom residence with a corner living and dining room, wraparound terrace, and unobstructed, panoramic views of the city. Similarly, every bedroom has a full width balcony.
