The reconstruction of the headquarters for the Organisation for Economic Development and Co-operation (OECD) is located in the 16th arrondissement in Paris, France. The project creates a campus of new and old buildings that will serve as the main workplace for the organization's 1,500-person staff, as well as provide for the reception of thousands of international delegates and conference attendees each year in a new major conference center with public reception facilities and amenities.

The design conforms to difficult urban development constraints that limit the extent of new construction above grade and require the preservation of a large park space. The symbolic center of the organization, a 7,000-square-meter château built in 1920, is renovated and retained for its use as ceremonial meeting space and offices for OECD directorate. The gardens of the château have been redesigned to become the site for the new public functions which include a reception pavilion, a 300-seat restaurant and catering facility, and 6,000 usable square meters of conference space and staff amenities, including shops, auditorium and café.

Connected by a tunnel system under the rue André Pascal, the project includes a total renovation of an existing 30,000-square-meter office building with a replacement of the existing façade and other improvements to bring the structure up to current life safety requirements.
